Paid media specialist

Location: Sandton Head Office Type: Full-time, in office Salary: R25,000 to R35,000 CTC per month, depending on experience Luxity is looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimise and report on our paid digital campaigns across key growth channels. This role is suited to someone who is technically comfortable inside ad platforms, commercially aware, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-moving retail environment. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the CEO, CMO, designer, social media assistant, and the broader team to ensure that paid media activity is well-structured, properly tracked, and commercially effective. This is not a general marketing coordinator role. We are looking for someone who enjoys campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, analysis and improving performance over time.
