Paid Social Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a commercially driven and creatively minded Paid Social Manager to take ownership of our paid social strategy and performance. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest - ensuring every pound of spend delivers measurable impact.

You’ll make an impact by scaling customer acquisition, strengthening retention, and driving revenue growth through best-in-class paid social execution. Working at pace, you’ll turn insight into action - continually testing, learning, and refining to unlock new opportunities.

Collaborating closely with our creative, content, email, ecommerce, and agency partners, you’ll ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey across every touchpoint.
