Opportunity Description
Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Description:
- Provide comprehensive care in primary care and addiction medicine settings
- Manage and continue treatment plans for existing patients
- Prescribe and monitor medications, including limited Level II narcotics (
- Manage Suboxone and GLP-1 medications as clinically appropriate
- Care for patients with general medical needs, mild mental health issues, and chronic conditions
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care
Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine
- Experience or strong interest in addiction medicine and pain management
- Newer physicians welcome and encouraged to apply
- Must be authorized and comfortable prescribing Schedule II controlled substances
