Interventional Pain Management Physician Overview & Highlights
* Location: Phoenix, AZ (with 2 days/month in Casa Grande ASC)
* Schedule: Clinic + procedural mix (1 2 days/week in ASC)
* Compensation: $450,000 guaranteed base
* Bonus Structure: 40% of office collections
* 25% of ASC collections (after implant costs)
* Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision; 4 weeks PTO/Sick Time; $2,000 CME stipend; malpractice and license coverage
* Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: Available; enhanced packages for physicians bringing an existing patient panel or practice
