Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter to join a busy in‑house maintenance team working across residential properties initially in London then in GU and RG postcodes. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, skilled and motivated Painter who is confident delivering high‑quality decorating works within void properties.

• Deliver high‑quality painting/decorating within residential properties, planning each job effectively and completing works to specification (where provided).
• Prepare surfaces to ensure a proper finish, including minor wall repairs to support tiling.
