Opportunity Description
- Surface preparation: Cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. This also includes covering floors and furniture to protect them from paint and spills.
- Material handling: Mixing paint, stains, and varnishes to achieve the correct color, consistency, and finish. Application of finishes: Applying primers, paints, sealants, and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Minor repairs: Repairing cracks and holes in walls and ceilings with fillers like putty or plaster.
- Equipment and site management: Erecting scaffolding, ladders, and staging; cleaning tools and the work area; and properly disposing of hazardous materials.
