Opportunity Description
All Inclusive Collection Properties is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our Maintenance team. The Painter will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, stains and other finishes to a variety of surfaces to maintain and enhance the aesthetic quality of the property.
Surface Preparation
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks.
- Ensure all surfaces are properly primed before applying the finish.
Painting & Finishing
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and other structures.
- Ensure uniform coverage and a smooth finish.
Color Mixing
- Mix paints and stains to achieve the required color and consistency.
- Ensure proper application techniques for long-lasting results.
