Pallet Repairer – Wetherill Park/Erskine Park


Labourpower is currently recruiting Pallet Repairers / General Labourers for ongoing roles on behalf of our major client in the pallet industry. These sites operate 24/7 and are seeking long-term, reliable workers who are ready to start immediately and grow within the role.


Available Shifts:

  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM start

  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM start

    • Key Duties:

  • Repairing timber pallets using hand and power tools (nail guns, hammers, grinders)

  • Working on a production line in a fast-paced environment

  • Manual handling up to 20kg

  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work area

    • What we’re looking for:

  • Experience using nail guns or power tools (training provided)

  • Physically fit and able to complete a functional assessment and dru...
