Palliative Care Nurse — Inpatient to Home Hospice Support

PARKWAY HOSPITALS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Palliative Care Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to cancer patients under the Oncology Clinical Program.

This role involves coordinating home care services, ensuring continuity of care, and educating patients and families on pain management and emotional support. Ideal candidates will have a diploma/degree in nursing, a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, and be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
