Palliative Medicine, Pediatric Palliative Care Physician

Cook Children's Health Care System (CCHCS) in Fort Worth, Texas, has an opportunity for a full-time board eligible/board certified Pediatric Palliative Care physician. The successful candidate will join a well-established, high functioning interdisciplinary team which includes four physicians, four nurse practitioners, nurses and clinical therapists who work in close collaboration with spiritual care and child life teams.

We are a consultative service within a large pediatric healthcare system, including a 477-bed tertiary care pediatric hospital with an average daily inpatient census of 20-30 patients. We also regularly see patients for new consults or follow-up visits on an outpatient basis in our own in-person clinic or via our virtual home-based telemedicine program.
