Opportunity Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform daily housekeeping of pantry areas, including setting up and clearing meeting rooms for management meetings.
- Handle ad-hoc cleaning and setup for activities such as crisis exercises (during office hours) and internal events.
- Manage general pantry duties, including but not limited to: Conducting regular stock checks of pantry supplies (e.g., tissues, kitchenware, cleaning products, snacks, and fruits). Ensuring fruits and snacks are neatly displayed on the pantry island and cleared at the end of each day. Maintaining cleanliness of pantry equipment and areas, including the microwave, refrigerator, sink, and island table. Clearing out and organising refrigerator contents on a fortnightly basis. Washing and cleaning cups and mugs. Refilling cleaning supplies and kitchen towels as needed. Reporting any maintenance faults or issues to the Workplace Team.
