Paralegal Analyst

**What You'll Do**

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Paralegal Analyst to join our in-house legal department with a focus on corporate governance, corporate secretarial, and regulatory matters. This role plays a great part in supporting governance and regulatory processes throughout the company. The ideal candidate is detailed, proactive, and comfortable working in multiple legal fields.

+ Assist the corporate secretarial team for Principal subsidiaries by managing corporate records and minute books. Monitor director and officer appointments, document entity formations and dissolutions, prepare routine filings, and address inquiries related to Principal subsidiaries.
