The Team

Our Construction Professional Indemnity (PI) team forms part of Clyde & Co’s market‑leading Professional and Financial Disputes practice. The team acts for a wide range of construction professionals and their insurers, including architects, engineers, design and build contractors, project managers, quantity surveyors and others, across all sectors of the construction industry.

Our lawyers have extensive experience advising on complex professional negligence claims, coverage issues, and policy disputes, as well as providing risk management and pre‑claims advice. Working collaboratively across our UK and international offices, we provide clients with fast, effective, and strategic solutions to the complex challenges they face.
