Description

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal Department in El Segundo. The primary focus will be to support our internal Legal Team in day-to-day operations of the Company with potential specializations in contract management, intellectual property maintenance, legal and regulatory compliance initiatives and general corporate and litigation matters. Tasks will include: reviewing, editing, and managing communications, contracts and marketing materials (including coordinating review with other departments such as product, regulatory, and security teams, as necessary); registering and maintaining trademarks and copyrights; reviewing and updating corporate policies and procedures; and coordinating litigation activities, corporate insurance policies, integration and vendor intake and due diligence as part of M&A.Job Responsibilities:
