Paralegal - Elite US Firm

Responsibilities

• Support the fast‑paced corporate reorganisation and broader transactional practice (M&A, capital markets, funds, private equity).
• Play key role in company formations, corporate maintenance and regulatory matters across multiple UAE jurisdictions.
• Liaise directly with UAE government authorities and free‑zone bodies.
• Manage corporate filings and conduct record searches.
• Assist with legal due diligence.
• Draft corporate documents including resolutions, constitutional documents, powers of attorney and client correspondence.
• Support high‑value transactional work alongside Associates and Partners.

Qualifications

• c years' UAE‑based paralegal experience gained in a leading international or major regional law firm.
• Fully fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken, written and translation capability essential).
