Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law.
Responsibilities:
- Support case investigations, including liability analysis and identification of at-fault parties
- Communicate with clients regarding injuries, treatment, and damages
- Obtain, organize, and review medical records, billing, and related documentation
- Identify applicable insurance coverage and potential liens
- Draft demand letters and other legal documents
