**PURPOSE:**
Assists and supports attorneys with research, legal process and document preparation. Researches and analyzes law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes. Supports the company's response to legal process; assists attorneys with preparing legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, corporate resolutions, annual reports, insurer and TPA licenses or renewals, etc.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
+ Assist the office of corporate counsel in all aspects of corporate governance and compliance in order to advise the company's client areas, including but not limited to all insurance and benefit administration operations, human resources, finance, sales, marketing, and matters in litigation etc.
