About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our lawyers on a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters while developing practical legal skills in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contractual and legal documentation.
• Undertake legal research and prepare summaries or reports on various areas of corporate and commercial law.
• Support senior lawyers in preparing for meetings, due diligence exercises, and other transactional work.
• Maintain and update client files, correspondence, and matter status trackers.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and, where required, external parties under supervision.

• Candidate must be a law student or a law graduate (pending chambering or admission).
