Paralegal / Legal Researcher

Overview

4 days per week in office – Montréal. Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a paralegal to join the Employment and Labour Law group in its Montréal office. Our national Employment and Labour Law team has more than 80 lawyers across Canada, represents private and public sector employers, advises on provincial matters, and leads cases at the federal level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research using multiple databases.
• Draft memoranda to share the results of research conducted.
• Participate in drafting and disseminating legal updates and internal communications.
• Identify topics of potential interest to clients and work with the Clients and Markets team to develop conferences and webinars.
• Review and file collective agreements.
• Carry out steps in due diligence reviews.
