This role focuses on transactional work tied to acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and related corporate documentation. Responsibilities:
• Support commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing for purchases, sales, and finance-related matters.
• Examine title commitments, surveys, and recorded instruments, and prepare or coordinate responses to title and survey issues.
