Paralegal

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join a legal team on a Contract basis. This opportunity is well suited for someone with litigation experience who can support medical malpractice matters through strong document preparation, case organization, and coordination with attorneys and external parties. The role calls for someone who can manage multiple priorities efficiently while contributing to case development in a fast-paced practice environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and organize litigation documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review medical records in depth, create clear chronologies, and distill complex clinical information into useful case summaries.
• Support attorneys ahead of hearings and trial by assembling binders, tracking exhibits, and coordinating witness logistics.
