Paralegal, Safety & Insurance Litigation

**About the Role**

The Safety & Insurance Litigation team oversees and manages litigation and claims across the U.S. & Canada arising out of Uber's insurance policies. In doing so, the team works hand-in-hand with our insurance partners and outside counsel to drive innovation and solutions. The team also works closely with Uber's business teams, from operations to safety, to evaluate and manage risk. The team is currently searching for a Safety & Insurance Litigation Paralegal to provide crucial support to in-house attorneys handling auto liability. This role will be based at Uber's offices in Chicago, Illinois.

**What You'll Do**

+ Prioritize and manage a high volume caseload consisting of auto liability and special matters to assist in all phases of the tort litigation lifecycle, including discovery, motion practice and trial/alternative dispute resolution in the US & Canada
