Opportunity Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare AGM’s, EGM’s, notices to the shareholders and board minutes, ensuring their smooth and timely functioning

Assisting from the incorporation up to the liquidation of the group’s companies

Filings of accounts and other publications at the RCSL

Liaise with the external counsel, as well as with notaries for the organization of various notarial deeds

Support with AML requests and KYC process

Legalize/Apostille documents

Arrange the signature of legal documents

Maintain registers of shareholders up-to date and file/organize corporate legal documents

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Law

8 to 10 years of proven experience

Excellent French and English (spoken and written)

Excellent organizational skills

Detail orientated, flexible, with initiative and ability to work on a broad variet...
