Opportunity Description

This role will play a key part in managing contracts, supporting litigation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining corporate records across various subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise construction-related agreements, including subcontracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts
- Track contract lifecycle, including execution, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely contract approvals
