The Role We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal based in New Jersey for a hybrid position (3 days in office / 2 remote). The right candidate understands how a file progresses, knows what comes next, and takes action without waiting to be told. How We Operate We utilize a pool system. Paralegals are not assigned to a single attorney. You will work across multiple attorneys, matters, and clients. Work is assigned based on bandwidth, experience, and familiarity with the matter.
