Description
A well-established law firm in the southwest metro is seeking a Legal Assistant or Paralegal to support its Creditor’s Rights practice. This role offers the opportunity to work across both collections and litigation matters, supporting attorneys throughout the full lifecycle of a case—from pre-litigation demands through post-judgment enforcement.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with litigation experience who is interested in or has exposure to collections work, and is looking to build a niche practice area in a stable, high-volume environment.


Key Responsibilities

Collections Support

+ Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, payment plans, and related correspondence

+ Communicate with clients, debtors, opposing counsel, and court personnel

+ Track account status and payment activity
