Paraprofessional - Up to $22/hr

The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Implement individualized educational and behavioral support plans
+ Provide one-on-one or small group student support
+ Assist with behavior management strategies in the classroom
+ Support academic, social, and functional skill development
+ Collaborate with teachers, school professionals, and behavioral specialists
+ Collect and document basic behavioral data as directed
+ Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment
