Park Services Lead starting at $17.00 an hour

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the safety of both guests and employees is the highest priority.

Train employees in accordance with standard operating procedures, training checklists, and safety standards.

Execute the cleaning checklists/inventory sheets for an assigned team and ensure cleanliness in front-of-the-house, back-of-the-house, and fringe areas.

Ensure equipment is operated in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Ensure pre-opening and closing procedures are properly completed.

Maintain an open and effective line of communication between team members and management/supervision.

Evaluate the performance of employees and provide feedback to promote growth and retention.

Take immediate and decisive action to correct employees who are working at a substandard level.

Schedule rotations and break periods and ensure breaks are completed on time.
