KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Goal 1 Revenue & Sales Strategy
Drive national revenue targets across flights, holidays, visas, and ancillary products.
Build and execute the national sales plan in line with business objectives and market movements.
Track performance against KPIs, sales volume, revenue growth, market share, lead conversion, and new customer acquisition.
Goal 2 Partnerships & Key Accounts
Build and manage relationships with airlines, hotel chains, OTAs, large travel agencies, corporate clients, and tourism boards.
Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with national-level partners.
Identify new partnership opportunities and revenue streams across geographies.
Goal 3 Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and review performance of zonal/regional sales heads and national key account managers.
