Responsibilities

Draft and prosecute new telecoms patent applications and European patent applications. Collaborate with clients to support prosecution of Standards Essential Patents (SEPs) worldwide, providing bespoke advice, evaluating standards essentiality, and preparing claims charts for 3GPP telecoms standards. Additionally, draft and prosecute patent applications related to a broader range of technologies beyond telecoms.

Qualifications

Part or fully qualified patent attorney with an electrical engineering or physics background and experience or interest in telecoms work. Experience level: part‑qualified 4–5 years or newly qualified. Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and attorneys.
