**Part Time Accounts Receivable Clerk**
Adecco is now hiring for an Accounts Receivable Clerk position for a manufacturing company, where the company culture promotes collaboration, accountability, curiosity, respect, and embracing each other’s differences in the Glendale/Los Angeles area. This is a temporary position.

Responsibilities:

+ Own end-to-end AR processes, including invoicing, credit memos, cash application, and customer account maintenance across multiple sales channels.
+ Ensure accuracy of customer balances through timely reconciliations of AR sub-ledger to the general ledger.
+ Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities related to AR, revenue, and reserves.
+ Lead collections efforts for past-due accounts, including customer outreach, dispute resolution, and negotiation of payment plans.
+ Monitor and manage AR aging, identify risk trends, and proactively recommend actions to minimize exposure and improve cash flow.
