Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin & Accounts Assistant to support our daily administrative and accounting operations. The role is suitable for someone organized, proactive, and able to handle documentation, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
- Handle filing, document organization, and record keeping
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments
- Assist with email correspondence and general office administration
- Support tender submissions and project documentation when required
