Job Responsibilities
- Collect and review supporting documents.
- Generate and process invoices and payments.
- Perform administrative duties assigned by the Admin Manager.
- Conduct data entry for accounting transactions.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Process accruals and journal adjustments.
- Prepare monthly financial statements for submission to the School Management Committee (SMC).
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
Requirements
- GCE 'O' Level or higher qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
