In this role, you'll embody the spirit of American Eagle, strengthening brand loyalty among every guest. Your responsibilities will include engaging shoppers using the AEO Selling Model, sharing product knowledge, and flexing between various zones like Salesfloor and Cash & Wrap. You'll enjoy building genuine relationships while making each visit memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels
• Flexibly assist in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
