Overall, Purpose of the Position

Facilitate professional, high standard international assistance services pertaining to international travelers and expatriates overseas for International SOS (Intl.SOS) clients globally. As a key member of the Assistance Team, and professional knowledge to provide appropriate solutions to Intl. SOS members.

Key responsibilities

A. Case Coordination (Assistance)

• Receive calls from various international locations relating to requests for assistance abroad and ascertain the assistance requirements of Intl.SOS clients.
• Arrange assistance through referrals to approved service providers abroad.
• Gather and organize relevant information from international sources and collate updates for Intl.SOS clients.
• Professionally communicate verbally and/or in writing to relevant parties/clients at various international locations the progress of assistance cases.
