Elevate member satisfaction as a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) at GoodLife Fitness in Calgary Canyon Meadows. Facilitate a welcoming environment and assist members on their fitness journey.
As a crucial part of our team, this part-time role requires you to engage with members upon their arrival. Your tasks will include checking members in, addressing inquiries about club offerings, and efficiently managing incoming calls. With a strong focus on customer service, you will ensure members’ experiences are informative and enjoyable, while also promoting memberships when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist members as they enter
