Part-Time Customer Service & Student Support

Write Edge in Singapore is looking for driven and resourceful individuals to join our Customer Relations team as Part-Time Customer Service Associates. You will be responsible for attending to customers and providing professional course consultation, ensuring excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Office, able to multi-task, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. A flexible schedule is required, with at least one fixed weekend commitment each week.
