Part-Time Dietitian Role Ontario

Make an impact as a Registered Dietitian at Southbridge, working across Ontario with a flexible, part-time schedule. This role focuses on geriatric nutrition and enhancing residents' hydration.
In this position, you'll collaborate closely with the Clinical Team to conduct nutritional assessments and develop care plans that cater to individual resident needs. Your role also includes regular communication with the Food Service Manager to address changing nutritional requirements effectively. Educating both residents and their families on nutritional best practices will be integral to your duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide nutrition and hydration program initiatives
• Assess resident nutritional needs using RAI MDS 2.0
• Design and assess care plans tailored to individual cases
• Communicate with Food Service Manager on resident needs
• Provide nutrition education to residents and their families
