Job Description
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.Prepare and submit payroll reports, including pensions and tax filings, to relevant authorities.Maintain and update employee records, including salaries, benefits, and deductions.Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries in a timely manner.Collaborate with the finance team to ensure payroll aligns with budgets and forecasts.Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll tasks, including issuing P60s and reconciling accounts.Stay informed about changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
