• 2 school sites
• 10 students requiring PT services at one location, while other site has 2 students
• Based on historical data, PT services would likely average 30 hours or fewer per month
• August 1st start for prep time, students start August 10th and finish May 31, 2027
• PreK-8th caseload
• Must have active NV PT licensure
