The Role We're looking for a driven, strategic, and relationship-forward Sales & Business Development Lead to build and own CoWorq's sales engine.
The main responsibility is to build a repeatable, scalable sales process and filling the pipeline with the right clients: medium to large companies ready to leverage ethical outsourcing.
This is a high-trust, high-ownership role .
You'll work closely with the CEO and the Commercial Team (Partner Relations, Digital Marketing), and represent CoWorq in every stage of the sales journey.
