Part-Time Store Coach: Customer Experience & Stock

Dunelm is seeking a Customer Experience Coach to join their Gloucester store. This role involves managing stock processes and commercial activities, ensuring customers receive an amazing shopping experience, and leading a team of roughly 30 colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in retail, be commercially driven, and possess strong skills in stock management. The position offers flexible working days, ideally on Monday, Friday, and either Saturday or Sunday.
