Part Time Trainer

Remarks: This is a 1-year contract role with a 3-day work week (Friday to Sunday). The stated salary is pro-rated based on the 3-day work arrangement.

To serve as a Psychosocial Support trainer under the Centre for Psychosocial Resilience and Humanitarian Studies (CPRHS), Singapore Red Cross Academy.

Training & Development

• Deliver mental health and psychosocial support related training under the CPRHS.
• Develop mental health and psychosocial support related content and teaching aid for training.

Trainer Management

• Oversee and lead trainer management, including assessment and coaching.
• Develop and oversee trainer assessment function.
• Conduct internal training for CPRHS’ pool of trainers for curriculum related updates and CPRHS protocols.
