What You'll Own (Roles & Responsibilities)

0-to-1 Practice Growth & Scalability: Take complete end-to-end accountability for building the Executive Search service line from the ground up.

GTM Strategy & Market Sells: Actively hunt, pitch to, and secure premium, high-value exclusive C-suite mandates from net-new enterprise clients (e.g., Tech Leadership, GCCs, and VC/PE portfolios).

Full P& L Ownership: Manage the business unit's financial health. You will oversee the profit and loss statement, build scalable pricing models, handle operational expenditures, and fiercely protect net margins. <...
