Partner Operations Manager - TikTok LIVE - Dubai (Arabic Speaking)

The LIVE MENA Operations team is dedicated to building a scalable, healthy, and high-performing TikTok LIVE ecosystem. By working closely with agencies and partners, we support long-term growth through content innovation, monetisation enablement, and community development. We are seeking a LIVE Partner Manager based in Dubai to grow and strengthen the regional agency ecosystem (MENA). This role is responsible for owning and incubating a portfolio of agencies through structured programs, community operations, and data-driven execution. This position blends partner development with ecosystem building and plays a key role in creator growth and monetisation success across the region.
