Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Partner Relations, located in Woodland Hills, CA. The Associate will be responsible for onboarding new partners, managing relationships with existing partners, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in onboarding and training processes, with attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in payment solutions or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools is beneficial
- Must be fluent in Spanish
