Partner Sales Account Manager – GOEM (Virtualization, AI & RHEL Growth)

**Job Summary :**

+ The Red Hat Sales team is seeking a Partner Sales Account Manager to drive business growth with Global OEM (GOEM) partners in Japan.
+ In this role, you will work closely with partners such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo, and others to grow joint business across virtualization, RHEL attach, and emerging AI opportunities.
+ You will be responsible for executing partner sales activities, supporting joint opportunities, and improving deal execution through effective use of partner programs.
+ You will also collaborate closely with internal teams, actively share information, and contribute to a team-oriented environment to improve overall business outcomes.
+ While prior AI experience is not required, a strong interest in learning and developing AI-related business is expected.
