Partner/Associate Residential Development Surveyor

Our Residential Development team plays a key role in shaping communities across Scotland, with a particular focus on the South while also supporting our northern offices in Inverness and Fort William.

The team works closely with developers and landowners to deliver high-quality, sustainable developments where people want to live, work, and play. We are involved in several major projects, including the Stanley village expansion for Zurich Assurance Ltd and a range of strategic sites across the Central Belt.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying residential development land opportunities through research and market insight, marketing development sites, and supporting the sale of larger schemes, whilst advising clients on co-operation and option agreements, conditional contracts, and planning matters in collaboration with our Planning Division.
