Partner/Director- Indirect Tax

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Indirect Tax professional to lead the IDT function. This role combines compliance oversight, advisory, litigation, client management, and team leadership , along with a focus on practice development and growth .

1. Compliance Management & Review

• Oversee end-to-end GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C
• Review GST workings, reconciliations (books vs returns), and ensure accuracy
• Handle GST registrations, amendments, LUT filings, and refunds
• Conduct periodic GST health checks and compliance audits
• Set up and improve internal compliance processes and SOPs for clients

2. Advisory & Consulting

• Provide advisory on GST, Customs, and FTP matters
• Handle classification, valuation, and structuring issues...
