Parts administrator ( earth moving machinery )

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Administrator to support our busy Parts Department. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of earthmoving machinery and/ or Trucks parts, stock control processes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring smooth parts operations, accurate administration, and excellent internal/external customer service.

Key Responsibilities Process parts Requests Assist operations and procurement with parts enquiries. Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock takes. Monitor back orders and follow up with all departments Capture data accurately on the system. Prepare reports for management on stock movement and parts sales. Ensure filing and administrative records are up to date. Support the Parts Manager with day-to-day department administration.
